Ada Escape

What began as a simple four-season room quickly evolved into a full-scale transformation. By studying the layout of the lot and how the home connected to the backyard, I identified opportunities to expand both the interior footprint and the outdoor living space in a way that felt natural to the property.

This led to a major kitchen addition designed for better flow and entertaining, along with a reimagined exterior featuring a custom pool and fireplace that fully utilized the available space. The project ultimately grew from an initial $75k idea into a $350k vision—driven by a clear understanding of how the property could support a much higher level of lifestyle and value.

About this project

We approached the property by understanding how the space naturally wanted to function, using its layout and setting to guide the design.

By aligning the vision with both lifestyle and flow, we expanded the project into a far more impactful and valuable opportunity.
